Estimated expenses and disbursements.

The fees and expenses shown are estimates only. Once integrated into the project, fees and expenses may need to be revised, based upon the scope of work. Approval shall be obtained for any substantial increases. Out of pocket expenses will include deliverables, materials, and other items if necessary and billed separately. If project is delayed more than 30 days, we may need to re-estimate scope of work.

Notes.

● Fee includes two (2) rounds of revisions to chosen design, copy, photos, etc. Additional edits will be billed at $175/hour.

● Estimates are good for 60 days from the date listed.

● To maintain our portfolio credentials, bosco creative is entitled to reproduce samples of Client’s work in our portfolio and in bosco creative marketing materials.

Terms.

If for any reason the client does not wish to continue with this project, advance notice of termination must be in written form with 30 days’ notice. In addition, if for any reason the client does not wish to continue with this project after wireframing has been presented OR if there is a delay in the project for 60 days, a stop fee of the TOTAL project will be charged.

Proposed terms of payment.

25% of total fee will be invoiced immediately upon awarding of contract. From there, monthly invoices will be sent for the duration of the project. Bills net 30 days as incurred. Prices are subject to change as additional information is supplied.
