 frequently asked questions

  • Turnaround time varies based on the project and the client response time. On average, it takes about 3 weeks for a branding package. For websites, expect closer to 4 weeks. If you’re on a tight deadline let me know and I’ll do my best to work around it!

  • Great question! My packages provide two rounds of revisions. I collaborate with my clients on their brands since they know their business and ideal clients best! As we go through revisions, we will refine and tweak your branding until you love it!

  • The final files are delivered after the project is approved and payment is completed. Once everything is finalized, I will provide you with a Dropbox folder containing all your files for easy download.

  • 25% of total fee will be invoiced immediately upon awarding of contract. From there, monthly invoices will be sent for the duration of the project. Bills net 30 days as incurred. Prices are subject to change as additional information is supplied.

  • I accept all forms of payment. Whether you prefer credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or any other method, I'm flexible and can accommodate your preferred payment option.
